Ironically planned well in advance of events in the world of Doctor Who for August 4th, namely the unveiling of the 12th Doctor for historical purposes, the Tour rolls out the second site-wide update for 2013.
As has been the case of late, these site-wide updates are equal parts addition (about 1200 images added) and elevation, improving the quality of images already in Tour confines. As always you can find the stories with new images by looking for the
