It’s funny how these 2008 stories echo back. This week’s Pompeii escapade (a distinct step up from the season opener) reminded me of a Hartnell story, not The Romans but rather The Aztecs wherein The Doctor and Barbara argue over history and fate. Donna has rounded in nicely already.
