Now it makes marginal sense. We here at THT Towers were wondering about the potential confluence of events next year, what with Tennant at the RSC, RTD’s potential exit and so on. It looked set for Tennant and RTD to be leaving, setting all-change forward, but instead the announcement of a lite-year for the program in 2009 clarifies things, a way to keep everyone ‘in place’ and keep them available for other projects as well. We won’t claim to be happy about it, but it does end other speculative veins.
