fallout.gif (169780 bytes)Also known as "The Two Companions Try".  This is the exhaustively, hideously complete concluding chapter to the trilogy.  Clocking in at a stately 55 minutes, we beat The Trial of a Time Lord, at least as it was screened in the Twin Cities, to the punch.  Finishing The Prisoner themes begun in the first two videos, the framework for the last episode of that series, Fallout,  was used along with season 23's "Trial" format as the premise for the video.

The first Doctor and Susan were introduced in this video--the only time they would appear in one of our productions--completing the (then) current sextet of known Doctors.  For the first time we faced recasting issues--along with a host of other problems which threatened production.  See the history page section on Fallout for more on that.

SynopsisThe Doctor survives his hallucination and is put on trial--again!  There he presents evidence supporting his innocence while Mikey prosecutes and Mary presides as judge.  The other Doctors begin converging on the trial from various points, overcoming obstacles like the caffeine-obsessed Sodamen and sword-wielding BBC Lackeys.  When the Doctors arrive en masse, Mikey is revealed to be sham and escapes.  The true malevolent force controlling events is revealed--but can it ever be vanquished?  The trial concludes and all of the Doctors depart...

The Poster:  The trial format of a courtroom was adapted for the last of the cut-and-paste variety posters, which attempted and succeeded in getting almost every character from the video onto the poster.
